Exercise is (or should be) a non-negotiable.
Find your best workout time (for most, it’s the morning) and make it happen.
We all can find excuses not to go to the gym but, if you want to be successful, keep your reasons (weight loss, disease prevention, anti-aging, those skinny jeans hanging in the back of your closet, swimsuit season right around the corner, et al) to go to the gym top-of-mind and don’t take I’ll go later for an answer.
